The project consisted both of Landlord base building work to prepare the space and tenant fit-up work to include:
- Demolition and abatement
- Curtain Wall Modifications including addition of new glazed area
- Creation of large structural slab cut out and internal staircase between floors
- Mechanical and Electrical base building upgrades
- Base building washroom and common area renovation
- Fire shutters and associated fire alarm work
Full interior fit up to include:
- Framing and drywall
- Full mechanical and electrical distribution
- Floor finishes, including polished concrete
- Open ceilings with exposed distribution, spiral ductwork and new lighting
- Millwork including feature walls, ceiling features and general millwork
- Sound
- Sound Masking, Communication and Audio Visual
