Stephen Avenue Place Redevelopment

The project involved the full redevelopment and reposition of the building podium over a full city block to include:

• Complete exterior and interior renovation and building upgrade, including new curtain wall, building envelope, canopies, cladding, public art wall 

• New mechanical and electrical systems throughout including new major equipment, ductwork distribution and lighting 
• Removal of existing escalators and reconfiguration of atrium space to accommodate installation of new escalators and elevator and shaft and upgrade and refurbishment of 3 existing elevators 
• Creation of public corridors, washrooms, new lobbies within building 
• Demolition and interior fit up of common areas, including tenant lounges, games room and gym amenities
• White box and prepare spaces for tenant leasing
• Associated Landlord base building work
