The project included the full podium redevelopment on the North West corner of the intersection of Yonge & St. Clair to include:
- Podium redevelopment, including basement, ground floor, second & 2nd floor roof
- Demolition of the podium while maintaining banking and retail operations
- New structural framing, envelope, curtain wall and storefront glazing
- Rooftop patio and associated access works, new staircase and elevator
- Reinstatement of common areas and tenant spaces
- Streetscape works in conjunction with the BIA
- White box and prepare spaces for tenant leasing including mechanical systems for BUCA restaurant
- Interior fit up for SPACES serviced offices
