The project involved the refurbishment and conversion of an existing 60,000 SF post and beam industrial building to create office/commercial/studio space over four (4) floors to include:
- Complete exterior renovation/preservation work of the original features
- Interior demolition including abatement as required
- Sandblasting of spaces
- New mechanical and electrical systems
- New flooring and refurbishment of existing hardwood
- Installation of new elevator and shaft
- Creation of public corridors, washrooms, general base building upgrades
