The project involved the refurbishment and conversion of an existing 60,000 SF post and beam industrial building to create office/commercial/studio space over four (4) floors to include: 

• Complete exterior renovation/preservation work of the original features 
• Interior demolition including abatement as required 
• Sandblasting of spaces 
• New mechanical and electrical systems 
• New flooring and refurbishment of existing hardwood 
• Installation of new elevator and shaft 
• Creation of public corridors, washrooms, general base building upgrades
