We are proud to announce that we have recently been awarded the ground up construction of a 165,000 square foot Industrial logistics facility.  This new development is located at 426 Clair Road West, Guelph.

Arguson Projects has formed an agreement with the Toronto-based private-equity real estate developer and asset manager, Forager Real Estate Partners.

When completed, the Facility will provide a range of in-demand food grade storage solutions, while being equipped with the technology to facilitate high-velocity flow of goods.
