The project involved the full redevelopment and interior common area renovation to include:

• Complete  interior renovation and building upgrades, including new curtain wall, & public art wall

• New mechanical and electrical systems throughout including new major equipment, ductwork distribution and lighting

• Creation of public corridors, washrooms, new lobbies within building

• Demolition and interior fit-up of common areas, including tenant lounges, games room and gym amenities

• Associated Landlord base building work
